Encrusting Machine

Our encruster machine is designed for automatic encrusting and forming as it uses a shutter mould to form two colours or a solid colour while filling interior food product by simply changing the forming mould. It is capable of creating such products as meat buns, meat pies, coxinha, mammoutl, kubba, potato bread, rice cake, mochi, marzipan, or croquette.
